Covid-19 patient update

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as well as UP government requirements, for the health of our patients and our staff, we have a NO WALK-IN policy in place. So we kindly ask all patients to schedule an appointment so that we can facilitate social distancing to decrease the spread of COVID-19.

We are also asking patients of ages 65 and older to delay any routine annual appointments until absolutely necessary.

If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and/or diarrhea), please reschedule your appointment!
